Screen printing prices can be confusing. We’ve got nothing to hide and believe in full transparency. Below is a general cost structure that you will encounter when printing with us. We are more than happy to provide a detailed explantion as to why the costs are what they are, but to get you started, please see below:

In-house Screen Printing General Cost Structure:

  • $20 per screen flat fee

    • Example —> 3 colors = 3 screens = $60 flat fee

  • $35/hr for digital graphic design (“DGD”)

    • Example —> Art not ready to print straight to transparency? Then it requires DGD.

  • $1.25 per application, per garment

    • Example —> 1 color print on 100 shirts = $1.25 × 100 = $125

    • Example —> 2 color print on 100 shirts = $1.25 × 2 × 100 = $250

  • Cost per garment varies depending on brand/color/size/etc.

    • We wholesale garments directly and have access to all brands. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know what the current market rate is.

Screen Printing Minimum Order Size

AWE Printing has a minimum of 25 pieces per job. This is to make it not only worthwhile for the customer, but for ourselves as well. Screen printing is a multi-step process that takes multiple days to complete and can be not only time consuming, but resource consuming. There is a sweet spot (when it becomes economical) in screen printing for the customer. This number is around 50 units and starts to level out once you cross 100 units.

    Screen printing is a great option for elevating your paper goods. Ideal for heavy card stock projects;
